Everyone is health conscience and looking for opportunities to get some exercise in. I like hiking. My wife and I try to get in a hike each morning. We typically get in a 30 minute to hour hike depending on our schedules. There are an endless number of places you can find to hike. Lately, we have been hiking Cheatham Hill in Kennesaw and Lost Mountain in Powder Springs. They both offer some great views and good level of exertion. Spam! This stuff drives me crazy! I get what seems to be several hundred emails a day that are nothing more than spam. It drives me loopie! Many places sell your email or pass it along to subsidiaries and viola you've got spam! Hamlin & Company, Inc. respects your privacy and does not sell or share your email with anyone outside H & C.  I have resisted using any form of spam blockers for many years due to the nature of our business (not wanting to prevent a new client form contacting us).
